The room included nice, clean toiletries and the beds were super comfortable. The restaurant food was AMAZING!!! I really enjoyed a good bar. Location, location, location, close to the airport, so convenient. The staff was helpful and professional, I felt so welcomed!
The hotel had limited supplies of tea. More tea bags are needed.

Airport Convenience and Great Service!
short walk airport bus nice selection quiet atmosphere
I appreciated the short walk to airport parking. I could catch the airport bus. It was a quick trip to the terminal. The hotel offered a nice selection of evening meals. My room was clean. It had a tv and quiet atmosphere.
The hotel had no gas supply. Therefore the restaurant menu was limited. I was told that all of Birmingham Airport was impacted. I paid for two very poor pizzas.

The room was quite clean.
The steak I ordered was tough and burnt. A replacement arrived, but it was also tough. I found that the food was expensive and of poor value.

hard bed loud noise
the room was fine at first glance however the bed proved quite hard i hoped for a restful night before my flight but that did not happen the noise was also a problem i could hear the air conditioning unit all night it made sleeping very difficult i wish i had brought earplugs it would have improved my stay somewhat

airport proximity quiet room extra sleep
I found the proximity to the airport convenient. The walk to departures took only a few minutes. My spacious room provided QUIET, and I got an extra hour of sleep before my early flight.
The in-room television experienced occasional signal issues, some channels were not available.
